Ecological economics provides useful tools for policy makers and citizens concerned with sustainability. To meet the increasing demand for ecological economic training, Earth Economics has conducted over 100 workshops, working closely with environmental groups, resource managers and scientists, businesses, rural communities and government officials.

Lasting from one day to two weeks, these training sessions expose workshop participants to key ecological economic concepts and application tools.

Where possible, Earth Economics also works to assist non-profits, government agencies and others in addressing applied ecological economic needs.

Earth Economics has ecological economists on staff as well as extensive contacts with the academic ecological economics community.
