  • David Cosman

    After a post-doc at the National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, MD, David held several positions in research at Immunex, including VP and Director of Molecular Biology. With over 120 papers in peer-reviewed journals, he's recognized as one of the most highly cited scientists in Immunology by the Institute for Scientific Information.

  • Gareth Green

    Gareth is a Seattle native with a doctorate in Agricultural and Resource Economics whose research focused on environmental economics, water pricing, technology adoption and data science. After retiring from Seattle University in 2020, he stays active enjoying various outdoor sports.

  • Judy Massong

    Judy is recognized as one of the state's best personal injury lawyers with over 36 years dedicated to helping injured clients and is a former president of the Washington State Association of Justice. She also posseses a strong knowledge of medicine and training in meditation.

  • Nan McKay

    Nan is a former Executive Director of Puget Sound Water Quality Authority and Chair of Puget Sound Action Team and serves on multiple boards. Her career spans environmental sustainability with The Russell Family Foundation and work with various Washington and Oregon municipal associations.

  • Ali Modarres

    Dr. Modarres retired as the Dean of the School of Urban Studies in 2024 but continues to serve as the Assistant Chancellor for Community Engagement at UW Tacoma. With a Ph.D. in Geography, he studies urban development through an equity lens and serves on editorial boards for the Journal of Urban Affairs, Cities, and Sociologica Urbana e Rurale, and is a founding editor of Race, Ethnicity, and the City.

  • Craig Muska

    Craig (Chair) is a Seattle-area investment professional with over 25 years of experience leveraging capital markets to strengthen communities. His recent work emphasizes climate solutions, infrastructure, and sustainable investing. He has co-founded impact investment firms serving institutional investors and built industry-leading platforms for private wealth management, focusing on cross-sector programs and community investing strategies.

  • Molly Seaverns

    With a background in international marketing and strategic brand communications, Molly enjoys working with organizations that make a positive difference for the environment. She holds a master's in International Management and taught Stratetic maketing in the Executive Leadership MBA program at Seattle University.

  • Devon Emily Thorsell

    Devon is the Vice President of Operations at Washington Maritime Blue with expertise in nonprofit management, values operationalization, and human-centered design. She is a Seattle native holding an MBA and Master’s degrees in Marine Affairs and International Studies from the University of Washington.
